• We communicate. If we have told you what time to expect our crew, we will be there. If something unavoidable happens and we are unable to make it, we will let you know as soon as possible.

• As one of our clients, you receive a splash-page for your project where you can track your progress, selections, payments and more.

• At the end of the job, if we come in under budget, we will write you a check for the difference.

• We do a walk-through at the end of each project to make sure you are happy with the results and to create a punch list of things that may need to be modified.

• We send a professional cleaning crew to clean the interior of your home when the project is complete so that your home will be left in even better condition than we found it.
