In the kitchen, we removed the main wall between the living room and kitchen. Creating a line of sight through the house. Created an eat in area on the dining side of the large island (used to be wall cabinets before the wall left). Moved the wall cabinets that were orphaned to the opposite wall and created a drop down desk area on the long kitchen walls. Added a couple of custom cabs to match the rest and enlarge this kitchen. Repainted all cabinets to match and new countertops and fixtures. The master bath was a full demo and remodel. Adding a large walk-in shower with frameless glass walls, soaker tub, toilet closet, and double vanity.
