Full demo and remodel of the first floor kitchen and bath. Demoing the kitchen, we eliminated the walk-in panty. The pantry took space from the adjacent bath and we repurposed that space for a larger bath. In the kitchen, we removed the wall between the living room and kitchen, added a large eat-in island, relocated the appliances, added pantry cabinets (floor to ceiling), new floors and countertops. Everything in this project was replaced. New engineered flooring through the main living areas.
