We remodeled the first floor with new kitchen, two baths, three beds, and living areas. We also added a new staircase to the attic and added two bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. The stairway required a Clerestory dormer to allow the necessary headroom. The interior is completely new. Painted the exterior brick.
